Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals, pitches, and other sales materials
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / B.SC Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales in an HR consulting or training company
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Consulting, Training a consulting or Business Consulting and service firm
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
