Job Summary
We seek an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the retail petroleum market across Lagos and regional locations managing Outlets outside lagos.
The position is located in Victoria Island, Lagos (Head Office) with frequent travel to regional locations
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil and gas sector, with a focus on PMS and diesel sales.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Lagos and regional locations
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Travel frequently to regional locations to cover sales territories.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the oil and gas sector, preferably in retail petroleum sales with experience managing Several outlet
Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
Strong knowledge of the Lagos and regional markets and retail petroleum industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel frequently to cover regional territories.
